Start the day with a comfortable pick up from your accommodation in Fez toward another different place in Morocco which all the tourists call it a Switzerland of Morocco, passing through the wonderful Middle Atlas Mountains that is Ifran known by the beautiful European architecture. We continue to Azrou cedar forest, then Midelt and Errachidia. We pass amazing Ziz valley and we visit fossils in Erfoud. We explore local souk in Rissani before we reach Merzouga desert.
We stop at Sahara Desert hotel for a cup of tea. Then we prepare for a camel ride to Merzouga camp crossing desert dunes of Erg Chebbi.
You will enjoy desert sunset, Berber dinner will be served near the campfire and you experience Berber music of Nomads. We stay overnight in desert tents in Merzouga.
Wake up early to catch the wonderful sunrise while sitting on the top of the fabulous dunes. Following a delicious breakfast, you will ride your camel and head back to the vehicle and start the adventure again. Passing through Rissani then Erfoud, you will have a great memory while enjoying the view within the road, a thousand palms surrounding the place; you can ask the driver to have a stop if you would like to take some stunning photos. Our next station is Ziz Valley and the Middle Atlas Mountains, cedar forests of Azrou and stop to hand feed the monkeys. We will continue via Ifrane, the ‘Switzerland of Morocco’. Later on, we will make our way back to Fez via the scenic route to drop you off at your accommodation in Fez.
